Terms of Service — Reaction9
1. Nature of the service. Reaction9 is an advertising agency. Every service on this website is an advertising campaign set up and run on the official platforms: Google Ads (for YouTube) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (for LinkedIn). We do not provide bots, fake accounts, or any form of artificial engagement.
2. Estimated results. The numbers shown when ordering are estimated targets based on your budget and target market. No advertising platform allows absolute guarantees; we continuously optimise to achieve the best possible results within your budget.
3. Cancellation & refunds. When a campaign is cancelled, the unspent portion of the budget is refunded to your account balance.
4. Access. We never ask for your password. Where access is needed (for example YouTube subscriber campaigns), it is granted through the platform's official mechanism and can be revoked by you at any time.
5. Your content. You are responsible for your channel or page content and warrant that it complies with Google and LinkedIn advertising policies. A platform may reject a campaign if the content violates its policies; in that case the unspent budget is refunded.
6. Payments. Funds added to your account balance are used to order services. Completed deposits are not refundable in cash, except where required by law.
